SERENGETI NATIONALÂ PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER
Spend the morning in Serengeti and then drive to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater after lunch. Spend the night at Lions Paw Luxury Lodge with a full-board dining basis.  Often called the eighth natural wonder of the world, the Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact crater because around 2 million years ago, the Ngorongoro Volcano erupted causing the walls to collapse and creating a natural enclosure with walls 600m tall. With a width of over 19 km, the Ngorongoro Crater is filled with acacia forest, hippo-filled swamps and open grassland containing over 30,000 animals – including elephants, warthogs, flamingoes, magnificent birdlife, rare black rhinoceroses and all the predatory cats!Â
