This is a full-day itinerary for Meru Waterfall

8:00 am: Pickup from your hotel in Arusha and drive to the starting point of the Meru Waterfall hike.

9:00 am: Arrive at the starting point and begin the hike. The hike to the waterfall takes approximately 2-3 hours, depending on your pace and fitness level. The trail passes through lush rainforest, with plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife and birds.

12:00 pm: Arrive at the Meru Waterfall and take a break to rest and admire the scenery. You can take a refreshing swim in the pool beneath the waterfall or just relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

1:00 pm: Enjoy a picnic lunch near the waterfall. You can bring your own lunch or arrange for a packed lunch through your tour operator.

2:00 pm: Begin the hike back to the starting point. The return hike is slightly downhill and takes about 1-2 hours.

4:00 pm: Return to your hotel in Arusha.
