This is a full-day itinerary for Materuni water fall and Coffee
8:00 am: Pickup from your hotel in Arusha and drive to Materuni village.
9:30 am: Arrive at Materuni village and begin the hike to the Materuni Waterfall. The hike takes about 45 minutes and passes through beautiful scenery, including coffee and banana plantations.
11:00 am: Arrive at the Materuni Waterfall and take in the stunning views. You can take a refreshing swim in the pool beneath the waterfall or just relax and enjoy the scenery.
12:30 pm: Return to Materuni village for a traditional Tanzanian lunch. You can enjoy local dishes like ugali, rice, beans, and vegetables. But this is a choice.
1:30 pm: Begin the coffee tour. You’ll visit a local coffee plantation and learn about the process of growing, harvesting, and roasting coffee beans.
2:30 pm: Participate in the coffee-making process, from roasting to grinding to brewing. You’ll also get to taste some delicious, freshly brewed coffee.
4:00 pm: Return to your hotel in Arusha.
